React 2 it Building Solutions provides nationwide property care and specialist M&E services for public and private real estates. Our coverage enables us to provide a fully integrated, genuine 24 hour, 365 day service. Our integrated offering covers the delivery of high quality building fabric maintenance solutions, technical engineering and building services maintenance. Our client base includes Coperate investment, retail and hospitality companies, local authorities and statutory bodies.
At React 2 it there are a number of trade operatives who provide a wide range of building fabric and M&E maintenance services. There is a support office for invoicing, administration, call logging and work scheduling together with a team providing project management, costing & estimating and surveying expertise.
Ours is a dynamic and ever changing environment. A large part of our activity comes in as “reactive” work – a broken window, a leaky tap. So no two days are the same. Additionally we provide maintenance for planned work and major projects – refurbishment, boilers or air conditioning systems, lighting and electrical installations.
It isn't everyday you're given the chance to work with some of the best known companies in the UK, including those in the retail, banking and hospitality sector. We support clients in all these sectors.
The role
To carry out a maintenance service for the client. Take ownerships of work, and aim for ‘First time Fix’ on all jobs within budget and time parameters and minimise recalls. Operate Health and Safety within React 2 it guidelines.
The person
You will be C&G or NVQ Level 2/3 qualified in a primary trade or the equivalent experience including multi skill capability. You should be a good communicator who enjoys meeting various people, attending different sites and resolving problems pro-actively. A clean driving licence is essential.
