Reactive works service
With a high proportion of our business catering to the reactive needs of customers we have honed our capabilities to enable us to respond to emergencies in two hours, day or night, for health and safety and business critical issues. For non-urgent items an appointment will be arranged with an operative to attend according to your required timescale.
Planned works service
Planned works delivery is based upon specific requirements or asset surveys developed by our surveyors to meet your needs. We can offer a ‘planned service’ option (for example gutter clearance on an annual basis) or a ‘handyman service’ entailing regular visits by a multi-skilled operative to proactively reduce the requirement for reactive works.
Minor works
Our dedicated project teams are available to conduct minor project works on time, every time. With full management and supervision in-built, customers are assured of continuity of quality and compliance to the Construction Design Management Regulations, 1994 and 2000.
